Day 1: Your assessment
We start with your story. I go through your health history in detail, then run a full muscle testing assessment to see what your body is prioritizing right now. In person or by remote consultation.

Day 2: Report of Findings
I walk you through what I found, show you where we'd begin, and lay out the plan and exactly what it costs. No pressure. You decide from there.

Your care plan
We take it one stage at a time: twelve weeks to stabilize, six months to go deeper, then a wellness plan to help you hold what you've built. I retest as we go, so your plan moves with your body, not a script.
The Full Assessment is $150 and covers both visits. Nothing else is charged unless you choose to continue. More about care plans

I'm the guy who does the looking.
I spent 20 years as a Navy Chief Cryptologist and another 19 in information security. Both taught me the same thing: work complex systems patiently, and never settle for the first plausible answer.
But this work is personal. I came to it through my own chronic health challenges, so I know what it's like to manage something instead of understanding it. Sitting down with someone who used muscle testing and root-cause nutrition changed how I ate, how I lived, and how I thought about my health. I went back to school, earned my master's degree and advanced certifications, and I've been in practice for over 17 years.
I'm not here to be a guru. I'm here as your guide.
