There are two steps to doing your assessment. In preparation for the full assessment, you will receive an email containing links to a number of forms and documents to complete and read prior to your first appointment with me.
Step One – The Full Natural Health Assessment
This appointment is designed to provide a comprehensive analysis of your overall health and wellbeing. My approach to health and wellness is based on the principle of assessing the whole person, rather than just the symptoms of a particular condition or medical diagnosis you may have.
During the assessment, I will perform a thorough evaluation of your health challenges – mind, body, and spirit – to identify any underlying issues that may be affecting your overall wellness. This evaluation includes various techniques, including muscle testing, to help me better understand your body’s needs.
The assessment will begin with a detailed consultation where we will discuss information about your medical history, lifestyle, and any specific health concerns you may have. Some of this information is provided on forms you will complete online prior to this appointment. I will then use muscle testing techniques to assess the strength and responsiveness of your body using an indicator muscle, which can provide valuable insights into your body’s overall function and potential imbalances.
Once the evaluation is complete, I will provide you with a personalized report that outlines my findings and recommendations for improving your health and wellbeing. My recommendations may include dietary and lifestyle changes, natural supplements, herbal remedies, or other alternative therapies, all of which are tailored to your unique needs.
At my center, I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I take into account not only your physical health but also your emotional and mental wellbeing. Step Two – The Report of Findings
The Report of Findings visit is an essential part of the Full Natural Health Assessment visit. During this visit, I will provide you with a detailed report outlining the findings from your assessment and my recommendations for improving your overall health and wellbeing.
The report will include a summary of the information gathered during your initial consultation and assessment, as well as the results of the muscle testing findings that was conducted. I will use this information to identify any potential imbalances or underlying issues that may be affecting your health and wellness.
Based on the findings of your assessment, I will provide you with personalized recommendations for improving your health and wellbeing. These recommendations may include dietary and lifestyle changes, natural supplements, herbal remedies, or other alternative therapies that are tailored to your unique needs.
I will also take the time to answer any questions you may have about your assessment results and recommendations. My goal is to ensure that you fully understand your assessment findings and feel confident in the steps you need to take to improve your health and wellbeing.

At the completion of the Report of Findings visit, and have all of your remaining questions answered, then you can decide how you want to proceed. An overwhelming majoring of my clients are ready to dive in and tackle these longstanding health challenges. On the rare occasion you are not ready to begin at this time, that’s ok too. Just let me know when or if you’re ready to jump in for your health improvement program.
