Do you take insurance?

Insurance companies do not cover my nutritional or coaching services. If you have an HSA or FSA you may be able to pay with that if nutrition consults are accepted by them. Some patients have been reimbursed by their insurance companies after submitting receipts.

How much can I expect to spend for a nutritional visit?

The initial consultation for adults and kids is $125. Subsequent visits are $40 and does not include the price of supplements.

What Can I Expect at my first visit?

You can expect to be in my office 60-90 minutes for the first visit. I will gather basic information as well as a list of your current symptoms. I will assess your nervous system health through a Heart Rate Variability Test (HRV). Then I will perform a body scan through muscle testing or applied kinesiology called Nutrition Response Testing. This process helps determine what organs and glands are under stress and what whole food supplements will help deal with these stresses. During the second visit, I will go over the findings and recommend supplements and nutrition guidance that will promote your healing and bring about optimum vitality.

When can I expect to see results?

Results vary depending on factors such as the severity of conditions(s), how long you’ve had the conditions/symptoms, compliance to the program and more. Because I use whole food based supplements to get to the root cause of conditions, not pharmaceuticals to cover up symptoms, it can take several months to several years to achieve optimum health and vitality.

How can nutrition help restore my health?

Most people are deficient in essential vitamins and minerals due to our current foods being grown in nutrient deficient soil. I will customize a whole food supplement and food program tailored to you based on the results of the Nutrition Response Testing. Once I establish the correct nutritional program for you, you may experience more energy, greater mental cognition, less pain, and even weight loss. I’m working to increase your body’s own innate ability to heal itself rather than covering up symptoms with pharmaceuticals.
