What is Nutrition Response Testing?
Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) is a natural, scientific approach to optimal wellness using muscle testing. It is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body in order to determine the underlying causes of ill health. The body is able to communicate, through the muscle testing, where deficiencies and toxicities are through energy frequencies that trained practitioners can detect. It’s like a type of biofeedback, except that it is derived from Applied Kinesiology.
The testing procedure is typically performed lying down with your arm extended straight with the practitioner lightly pressing down while testing different areas of the body (adaptations are made for physical limitations). If an area of the body is under stress, the Autonomic Nervous System will respond by conserving energy to that area, reducing energy to the arm and making it easier to push down.
The five most common stressors that can cause symptoms of poor health include heavy chemical toxicity, hidden food allergies or sensitivities, heavy metal toxicity, immune challenges and scar interference. As these stressors accumulate over time, they impair the function of major systems in the body.
When these are corrected through nutritional means, the body can repair itself in order to attain and maintain health and wellness. Nutrition Response Testing is safe and natural with no side effects, contraindications or adverse reactions—unlike prescription medications.
Initial Consultation or Full Assessment
Two separate appointments – screening & report of findings
A series of non-invasive testing along with one-on-one coaching to determine a tailored wellness plan based on your individual health needs and individual findings. Explanation of programs and NRT provided. You will receive automated emails with forms to fill out previous to this visit.
Report of Findings:
Included in the cost of the initial screening.
Findings from testing performed on initial visit will be revealed and discussed in detail. This is the day you receive a customized game-plan based off of your body’s needs and your health goals.
NRT Office Visit
A brief stop by the office to be retested and discuss any present health concerns or changes. Adjustments to your program schedule may be made. It is necessary to strictly follow your recommended office visit schedule as your program may change often, especially at the beginning. The goal is to gradually decrease visits as the body heals, but this is dependent on how dedicated clients are to their success.
